As part of the French FCSE Curriculum, students study a topic on French food and drink.
To give them an authentic experience of French cuisine, we arranged for a local French patisserie chef, Clovis Rondet from Chouxfayre Patisserie, to visit the school on Friday 24th March.
Students had the opportunity to ask questions about French patisserie and food and were supported in assembling a strawberry tartlette and filling and topping profiteroles to take home.
Students from Year 10 and 11 really enjoyed the experience, and were a credit to the school.
